Is CaveNut Halal?

Yes, all our nut butters are certifed halal by JAKIM.

Can I eat CaveNut while on diet?

Definitely! Eating a moderate amount of nut butters can help you lose weight in the long run.

The blend of protein, heart-healthy unsaturated fats and dietary fibre helps to keep you satisfied longer and reduce other food cravings!

Keep your daily intake to be around 2 tablespoons.

What is the difference between Peanut Butter Zero and Peanut Butter? 

Peanut Butter Zero is made with no added sugar or salt - pure peanuts only. 

Peanut Butter is lightly sweetened and salted with organic raw cane sugar and Himalayan salt.

Which of your products are suitable for diabetes?

CaveNut's Peanut Butter Zero and Almond Butter are made from nothing but either 100% Peanuts or Almonds, with no added sugar, oil or salt. They're perfect for people with diabetes.

Why is there a layer of oil on top of the nut butters? 

It's completely normal for natural nut butters! That's because we do not add emulsifiers to prevent oil separation. 

Stir it thoroughly before consumption will do. Alternatively, store them upside down until you consume it again.

How to order CaveNut?

Follow these 5 steps below:

Add your chosen items to cart

Step 2:
Checkout and fill up shipping details

Step 3:
Select shipping method and continue to payment

Step 4:
Select preferred payment method and click complete order

Step 5:
You will be directed to payment page to proceed with payment. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the order confirmation page.

How long do orders take to arrive?

96% of orders ship within 1 business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once we the order ships.

Once shipped, orders normally arrive 1-3 working days (West Malaysia), or 5-10 working days (East Malaysia).

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. If you place your order after 2 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday morning.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use Line Clear Express, Teleport, or Flash Express to ship orders

Can I pick a shipping carrier?

No, the shipping carrier is auto-assigned to ensure fastest possible delivery.

What if I entered the wrong delivery details?

Please WhatsApp us at +6011-55530839 ASAP and provide the correct details.

If your order is shipped, please contact the assigned courier service for further assist to change your details. 

Where do you ship?

We ship within Malaysia, and to Singapore. You can also get it delivered with free shipping. Read more

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, FPX (Online Bank Transfer), E-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay), Buy Now Pay Later (Atome, Grab PayLater).

Return / Exchange

Under what conditions can I return/exchange my product?

Exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
1. Received the wrong item
2. Product is damaged in transit
3. Product is near expiry or expired

Products with seal removed are ineligible for return. For more information, please view here.

Return/exchange procedures

1. WhatsApp us or send an email to cavenutmy@gmail.com upon 14 days of receiving the goods. Please include:
i. Your Order Number
ii. Reason for Return / Exchange
iii. Which product you'd like to return

2. We will email you the address where you can return your product.

3. Return the items in its original packaging

4. We will initiate your refund using the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items for a reason other than those conditions specified above.

What if I received damaged items?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.

Please send us pictures showing the:
1. Damaged products
2. Condition of packaging box
3. Airway bill
