Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to customers from Malaysia and Singapore only. 

All orders are sent with a tracked delivery service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is confirmed so you can follow the status of your order on the courier's website.

Shipping Time

95% of orders are shipped out within one business day. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be dispatched on the following business day. 

West Malaysia : 3 - 5 working days 
East Malaysia : 7 - 14 working days
Singapore: 3-7 working days

IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ)

Kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate receiver address, contact number and email address at checkout for prompt delivery. Failure to do so may risk our courier partner(s) to return back the parcel to our warehouse after two delivery attempts. Once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, a refund will be processed and shipping fee will also be deducted depending on what it costs for the package to be shipped.
